Clean Green & Other Household Uses

Tea tree oil is an all-natural antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, and antifungal, which makes it the perfect all-purpose cleaner. Whether you're trying to scrub-a-dub-dub your counters or purify the air in your space, tea tree oil is your best all-natural bet!

To use, add three to four drops of tea tree essential oil to your diffuser to help fight off mold and make the air in your home easier and cleaner to breathe. You can also add a couple of teaspoons of tea tree oil to a spray bottle with two cups of water and spray directly on mold to kill it, or any surface really to wipe away any bacteria. Add some tea tree oil to your washer to remove any pesky mildew that has built up over time, and to give your clothes and towels an extra splash of cleanliness. You can even add it to the water you use to rinse your fruits and veggies to combat mold.

Treat Yourself & Your Body to Tea Tree Oil

We here at SLAB Handcrafted Soap are all about improving your skin the all-natural way. So why not treat yourself (and your body!) to our tea tree essential oil?

Got piercings? Get yourself some tea tree oil! Apply it around your inflamed piercing (diluted, of course!) or add it to some salt water for an inflammation-reducing soak.

To use, make sure you dilute one or two drops with the carrier oil of your choice (some good ones are argan oil, castor oil, and jojoba oil) and apply to any desired area. Because of its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, tea tree oil is a miracle spot treatment for pimples and warts. It works to reduce the swelling of pimples that have already formed. Dab on diluted tea tree oil with a q-tip at night and wake up to clear skin! Or, prevent pimples from forming in the first place by adding a drop of tea tree oil to your daily moisturizer and slather it all over your face and body.

You can also use our Tea Tree & Sand Soap for a healthy exfoliation to slough off all the dead skin cells and reveal the beautiful (and clear!) skin beneath. Not only does our Tea Tree & Sand Soap have tea tree oil, but it also has other good for you ingredients like sustainably-sourced palm, coconut, and olive oils to moisturize your body as you exfoliate.

Our SLAB Handcrafted Soap customers just love our Tea Tree & Sand Soap. Here's what they have to say about it:

"My skin has never felt better or looked better since I started using Tea Tree soap. It heals and leaves my skin clean, healthy and young looking. Thank you Slab Soap. You are a genius!"— Jan K.

"Very exfoliating and has a great scent! Plus, tea tree is also a lice repellent, so that is a bonus!" — Stephan Z.

"I absolutely love this soap. Hygeine is seriously one of the most important dutys we must upkeep to keep our gym and training partners safe. Other soaps are super harsh on the skin and also wash away natural properties your skin produces to combat infections/bacteria. I genuinely feel a different kind of clean when using this soap..." — Christopher P.
