Rosemary is the note you do not expect in a soap until you smell it and wonder why it is not in every bar. Herbal, slightly savory, grounded. Oregon peppermint comes in cool and bright on top of it. The combination is more complex than either manages alone and considerably more interesting than a standard mint bar.
Fine white sand is mixed in. Real grit, real exfoliation, consistent through the life of the bar. Rough enough to do actual work on skin that needs it. The sand and the rosemary together make this a bar people reach for after workouts, yard work, or anything that calls for more than a rinse.
It works as a body bar and a shampoo bar. The rosemary and peppermint make the scalp use obvious.
