    We make every bar of SLAB soap by hand in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.

    Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

    During high-volume periods including holiday seasons, Bar of the Week launches, and promotional events, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

    Tip: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.

    Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    We ship via USPS as our primary carrier. Delivery estimates after your order ships:

    USPS First Class Mail: 3 to 5 business days USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 to 2 business days

    Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect transit times.

    Shipping Rates

    Free standard shipping is available on all US orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax). For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.

    Free Shipping

    Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your cart total reaches $50 or more. No code needed.

    Applies to contiguous US addresses only. Does not apply to PO Boxes for some shipping methods. Cannot be combined with certain promotions unless stated.

    Order Tracking

    A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

    If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com.

    Shipping Address

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SLAB Soap is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at customerservice@slabsoap.com. We can update addresses before an order ships but cannot redirect packages already in transit.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and around your property. Wait 24 hours as USPS sometimes marks packages delivered early. Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number. Contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com if the issue is unresolved after 48 hours.

    We will work with you and USPS to resolve lost package claims. Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

    Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@slabsoap.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged packaging and product, and a brief description of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no charge or issue a full refund. Your choice.

    International Shipping

    At this time, SLAB Soap ships to US addresses only. We do not currently ship to international destinations, including Canada. We hope to expand this in the future.

    PO Boxes & Military Addresses

    We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please select USPS as your shipping method at checkout when shipping to these addresses.

    Subscription Orders

    SLAB Soap offers recurring subscriptions through Appstle Subscriptions. Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time orders: 2 to 3 business days processing, then carrier transit time.

    Your subscription ships on the billing date associated with your subscription cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment. To manage, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next billing date, log in to your account at slabsoap.com or contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com.
