    Our Satisfaction Guarantee

    SLAB Soap products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. We believe in what we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, reach out and we'll find a solution.

    Returns — Unopened Products

    Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit toward your next order.

    To initiate a return:

    Email customerservice@slabsoap.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions. Ship the item back to us — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue store credit within 3 business days.

    Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date. Items received after this window are not eligible for return.

    Used Products — Satisfaction Guarantee

    We know soap is personal. If you try a bar and it's not working for your skin, you don't need to ship it back. Contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com with your order number and we'll issue store credit. No return required. We trust our customers.

    Scent Substitutions

    Not in love with the scent you chose? Scent preference is personal and we get it. We offer a one-time substitution per customer.

    Contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com with your order number and the scent you received. Let us know which scent you'd like to try instead. We'll check availability and ship your replacement. We cover the shipping on the new bar.

    Scent substitutions are a one-time courtesy per customer account. The original bar does not need to be returned.

    Items Not Eligible for Return or Credit

    Gift cards. Items marked as final sale or clearance at time of purchase. Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (unopened). Products that show signs of misuse or damage not caused by SLAB Soap.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately. Email us at customerservice@slabsoap.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund. Your choice, no return required.

    Refunds vs. Store Credit

    Our default resolution is store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future order. In cases of damaged goods, incorrect orders, or carrier-confirmed lost packages, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon request.

    Processing Time

    Store credit is issued within 3 business days of receiving your return or resolving your claim. Refunds to your original payment method typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

    Subscription Orders

    SLAB Soap subscriptions are managed through Appstle Subscriptions. Here's how returns and cancellations work for subscription customers.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty and no minimum commitment. To cancel, log in to your account at slabsoap.com and manage your subscription, or email us at customerservice@slabsoap.com and we'll cancel it for you. Cancellations requested after a billing date has processed apply to the following cycle. We cannot cancel or refund an order already in processing.

    Subscription Shipment Issues

    If a subscription order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, the same policies apply as one-time orders. We will replace or refund immediately. Contact us at customerservice@slabsoap.com with your order number and a photo if applicable.

    Skipping or Pausing

    You can skip or pause a subscription order any time before the billing date through your account portal. This is the best option if you're traveling or have too many bars on hand. Contact us if you need help managing your subscription.

    Subscription Refunds

    We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items. If you're unhappy with a bar in a subscription order, the same satisfaction guarantee and one-time scent substitution applies.
